At Monkey Llama Games, we want every purchase to feel easy and risk-free. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Our No-Return Refund Guarantee (Online Orders)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund or replace the item — no return required.
In most cases, you will not need to send the product back. We may ask for a quick photo so we can improve packaging or report issues to the publisher. Our goal is to resolve problems quickly and without hassle.
Changed Your Mind
If you decide you don’t want an item before it ships, we can cancel the order for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, refunds are typically limited to cases where the item is:
-Damaged
-Defective
-Incorrect
However, if something didn’t work out, reach out — we’ll do our best to help.
Trading Card Products
Due to the collectible nature of trading card games, all opened trading card products are final sale, including:
-Booster packs
-Booster boxes
-Randomized card products
If a sealed TCG product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will of course replace or refund it.
Missing Components
If a board game is missing components due to a manufacturing issue, contact us and we will either:
-Send replacement parts when available, or
-Issue a replacement or refund.
